I love gold... the 24K ones. Although the are softer, I love their natural finish and the color, so different from the 18Ks which is mostly what is used here in the US. And why on earth did you not get yourself a 24k necklace? Perhaps on your next trip! Thanks for sharing those photos. Brings back my own fun filled 15 day trip to Thailand. Yes! In the west you pay huge premiums for labor, not so much there. It's very cheap. That's why those HotCo.co (SilverStatues.com) pieces are assembled in Thailand. So it's nice to pay mostly for the weight. I feel like a sucker paying these crazy premiums for bullioni :P
