I don't believe in sunscreen. The best way to protect is to be aware and not go in the sun for hours. That's foolish. Stay in the shade. A lot of doctors believe that sunscreen bad and actually increases the risk of skin cancer.

I don't use sunscreen ever.
I stay out of the sun for the most part, in the shade. I am aware of my skin and body and I never go so far that I get burned. Like nature intended.
