THE WINE AMBULANCE/CLINIC

This was really funny to me when i heard it for the first time. We were told that the building or structure in the above photo is a "WINE AMBULANCE" better still "WINE CLINIC". It signifies that it is opened 24hours in a day, 7days in a week. It is there to support those who cannot live without alcohol; that it is an emergency unit for those who may need wine any day any hour. To them, being alcoholic isnt a problem and they are ready to fully quench your alcoholic thirst any hour any minute. Just get into this unit and you will be satisfied before you leave the premises.
