The "photography" tag is only to be used for original photography.
Yes, you have the source (now), but we have no reason to believe that you have permission to use this person's photo for profit.
Plus, you have added NO real value to the photo except the Mark Twain quote...
If you want to use other people's pictures, stick to free sites, like Pixabay. (Still give the source),
Don't use the "photography" tag... and add value. Otherwise, yes it is plagiarism as @enforcer48 said.
