Lohgad Fort in Pune, India

Lohgad Fort is a hill fort situated near Pune and Lonavala. It is a good place for the one-day trek. Lohgad Fort is approximately 60 km away from Chandni Chowk, Pune. Vehicles can go to the bottom of the fort and it is easy to climb. It takes approximately half an hour to climb. So, it is a good family picnic spot also. There are a few hotels and snack centers at the base. Some hotels are open on Saturdays and Sundays only.
