It seems to be a nice view for eyes ,a green colored snake,scientific name is Opheodrys.

    Wow beautiful snake it is. Its moving in your garden and its good you catch it and took perfect click. Its color is wonderful and its eyes too. From looking your photo its small size and as you mention its non-poisons so no need to worry. Is this snake damage vegetables or just moving here to there.
