Shutki shops have come to our market. These shutki shops are often available in the market, and they bring them for just one day and sell them, then take them back at night. Different types of shutki are available here, with many items to choose from. People buy them for eating, some prepare it as a bhorta (mash), and others cook it in a curry. Each item has its own unique taste.
Some enjoy eating shutki as a bhorta, while others like it cooked in a curry. People take what they like the most. Personally, I really enjoy eating shutki, especially when it is cooked in curry. I took some pictures of the shutki shops and I am sharing them with you all.
