Fun facts about ants
Hi Steemians,
We have been hearing stories from childhood since how ants are working hard and social responsibility. But there are some more interesting things about them.
More than 10,000 species of ants are present throughout the world. They are between 2 to 7 millimeters in size. The biggest ant carpenter is called Ant. His body is about 2 cm long. An ant can load 20 times more weight than its weight.
The ant's brain is considered the fastest among insects. It contains about 250,000 brain cells.
Queen ant is the biggest. Its important job is to lay eggs, it gives thousands of eggs. The male worm's body is small. This queen dies after a few days after making an ant pregnant. The work of other ants is to get food, to look after children, and to make colonized houses. Also, the work of protecting ants is to protect the house.
Actually the ants can not hear because they have no ears. Although these creatures may feel vibration by sound. To listen to the surrounding voice, they depend on the special sensor in the knee and feet.
Ants have two stomachs. One has food for his own body and the second has food for the other ants living in the colony.
Queen ant is long and she can live for 20 years. The other ants that help him survive for 45-60 days. And if the queen dies, then the colony of ants is destroyed in a few days
Each colony of ants has a fixed limit. They constantly try to expand their range. If this happens, war breaks, which often runs for several hours or several weeks.

"Go to the ant, O sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise. Without having any chief, officer, or ruler, she prepares her bread in summer and gathers her food in harvest."
"How long will you lie there, O sluggard?"
"A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a robber, and want like an armed man."
