The Pine Tree Mushroom - Our 1st Choice Mushroom 🍄
Although it is already the end of the season can still be found enough to prepare soup or stew or any other casserole dish that includes mushrooms.
It is very easy to recognize by its underside, which looks like a sponge full of pores, its color is earthy yellow and its smell is acorny.
It is usually found in pine groves and forests.
In addition, I have not encountered any mushroom in Israel similar to it in such a way as to allow confusion with another kind.
The first time I went with @simba to hunt for mushrooms, we came back home with 5 kg of mushrooms for each of us - worth it !!!
Needless to say, we both ate those mushrooms for the entire week lol 😅
Enjoy!

Hi NV21089. I did not know this mushroom was eddible. in my country it is more or less common. that´s a good data to me. I´m sharing content about edible mushrooms. I invite you to see my blog. count on my votes.
How is the flavor of the pine mushroom?
Thank you, dear, I'll check out your blog ☺️
The pine mushroom tastes a bit like pine nuts, but it mostly absorbs the taste of the other ingredients/spices which it is cooked with.
