The chemtrails are not allowing the heat to escape the atmosphere at night. Essentially they are causing the "warming" of the earth. The manganese makes us angry and the aluminum makes us docile right? How does that work? I have called my local DNR to complain about this and most of my state representatives. No response from them. The DNR men did not even hear of Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering before.
