Winter Wonderland

I live in a place where it snows very little. Pretty much at sea level in a temperate coastal environment. The temperatures will seldom dip below freezing and usually winter precipitation is rain with flurries at higher elevations.

But we usually get a good sled-worthy dump every year.

This years dump happened over two days and blanketed the slopes of a nearby park with some fresh pow. One guy out there even brought his snowboard. The sledding is THAT good here.

And soon this snow will be but another memory.
