The Pencil Cactus grows in tropical climates and is a toxic plant. This cactus does not grow very large; it remains small in size. It has a cylindrical shape and is sometimes used as fuel. However, it is not commonly found in nurseries and is relatively rare in our country.
Not many people plant it because it is difficult to transplant. The Pencil Cactus has no leaves; it only has thin, pencil-like branches.

The plant does not grow very tall, but its numerous small branches give it an attractive appearance.
It is green in color and has many tiny branches, which is why it is named the ‘Pencil Cactus.’ Its unique structure adds to its beauty.
