I saw a post from facebook and the place was so beautiful, so me and my friends decided to go here we wakeup early 3am on saturday so we can maximize our time in the location. Actually there is three spots in the location, the tallest falls called kwagsik, mini falls and a cave. We were not able to visit the cave because we ran out of time it is getting dim already.
I love taking photos of nature and post them on my instagram if you want to see some of my photography and drawings visit @michaelsalcedo.arts on instagram.
This is the second falls we first arrived here but stayed for awhile and then go to the tallest falls.
They are not just ordinary kids enjoying the water. They are our tour guides 😄 , they know more about the destination and short routes. At that time they have no class so they were able to guide us. They make money for there studies and to help there parents, i was amazed because as we trek they were in barefoot, i know it will hurt but it is to prevent from slipping. I would also like to thank merrel shoes for making the trek easy for me haha eventhough the path were muddy and slippery, i feel comfortable with these shoes.
I forgot fo bring drinking water but thankfully there is a running water or(Tubod) it was refreshing the water comes underneath the ground and clean for drinking. We arrived at the giant falls and It took us about an hour. we took a lunch and share our food with the kids , we were so hungry that time because of the journey to the hidden falls; it was worth the effort the place was peaceful, you can hear the birds singing, trees are dancing and the water conversing with the rocks.
I want to go back soon and maybe with a drone for an aerial shots.
