How i use Mobile Lightroom: Divergent themed photoshoot
Hi steemians, I'll show you how i achieved this kind of look using mobile lightroom.
Here's a before and after. I've been using the lightroom mobile app for years and its fast and easy to acces. You can edit anytime anywhere, if you are a traveler its best for you because laptops can be heavy and it will give you more space in your luggage. So we took a photoshoot with a theme Divergent ,finding a good location is really hard, we tried three different locations here. Thankfully we found one best spot that fits the desired look. Now here's how i edit my photos.
- first is the Curves, i slightly formed a letter S in the white and for the red i adjust a little bit.
- It is properly exposed so i did just a little adjustment to the Exposure.
- I lowered down the Whites for the blown out highlights on skin. So that i can get back the natural look of the skin.
- Blacks,Clarity and Dehaze - adjusting these three makes the photo more alive. Adjust the black to achieve a rich black and a little clarity to add contrast. If you see hazy effect on the photo you can adjust the dehaze.
- I add a little Vignette to focus more on the subject.
- Temperature,Tint, vibrance and Saturation- i decided to have a warm look on the photo so i adjust the temperature to warmer side and followed by the tint to match. Sometimes the photo can be oversaturated so i lower down the Vibrance until it look natural.
- The Colors/Mix
Red for the lips -22 saturation.
Orange i changed the hue for the skin tones to yellowish.
Yellow desaturated for the leaves and changed the hue to greenish side.
Green desaturated for the leaves.
Cyan fully desaturated because there is no sky color in the photo.
Blue fully desaturated bacause there is no sky in the photo.
Violet fully desaturated.
Pink fully desaturated.
i lowered down the yellow and green. And add a little luminance.
Just experiment until you are satisfied and feel free to copy this preset.
Thanks for visiting this blog!, hope learned from it 🙂
