Macro photography in the great outdoors
Insects, in addition to flowers, plants, and other detailed objects, are a common theme in macro photography, though they are not the easiest to photograph.
If you watch insects during the day, you'll find that they're really unpredictable. They are always flying from place to place, whether they are flies, bees, bumblebees, or wasps. However, this continuous movement makes it difficult to make a good recording.
When taking a macro shot of insects, it's important to keep your hands still. Insects are very sensitive to vibrations and sounds, whether it's early in the morning or later in the day. As a result, following the insect with the camera rapidly and carelessly is not recommended.
