The Data Science in Nigeria is fast rising, as developers and entrepreneurs from different companies are beginning to see the use of data to drive decisions and improve business. Also, there is a rise in local developer groups and local tech companies adopting data science solutions.

Unfortunately, most of these developers work in independent small circles limiting them from working at full capacity and tapping into the potential of the community.

We leveraged on the open data day to bring together enthusiasts, data scientists, and smaller communities in the space into one common space for networking and ideation.
