A community can only survive for long when the members live by the code: one for all, all for one. But unfortunately, that can never be achieved at a full 100% commitment as long as we are still humans with personal desire. Therefore, the level at which this is followed determine the height which we could go.

I'll draw a little example from popular story I read from the Bible about the early children of Babel.
Here, am not arguing the authenticity of the story, but it goes a long way to explain what happened when our individual language (desire) deviate largely from the communal language. I only hope that majority of the people who engaged in schemes to game the system come to a realization that the long term of this platform will benefit us all that their individual short term gain. It is about having more community orientated than not or at least, those who are adding more value than those who are taking. Not easy.
