In colder and rainy time, you can afford to visit the solarium. And it's not even in tanning, I personally think that it is not very useful. But in small doses (up to 6 minutes once a week) stay in the solarium helps to develop the body vitamin D, which helps us to maintain immunity and stay in a good mood.
