Sheraton @ Panama – Little Desserts at the Club Lounge – 01

Hi again! I've been a bit busy in the past few days so haven't been able to post anything. I've been meaning to make a post a day and have some material pilling up but it is just hard when you have other obligations. Anyway, with no further do this is today's picture! This picture is of some little desserts that were available at the Sheraton club lounge. As an SPG platinum member you get complementary club access and that generally means some hors d'oeuvres in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Definitively one of the best perks of the program! So, this is going to be part of a series of pictures. So far I've taken pictures two days and the dessert variety changes a bit, so I'll be sharing more of this little sweets every week for y'all to enjoy!

Unfortunately the pictures are taken at night so the lighting is not great. But besides that, I really like how they look and how creative they are. Wish I could tell you more about them but I am not a chef so besides telling you there were sweet I can't elaborate much. The one on the far left though you can see it is like red velvet cake with a milk chocolate mouse on top with like vanilla flan in between. Then the cookies were simple but see how they used that chocolate paste to keep them in place? very clever! And finally on the right if memory serves me right it tasted like tiramisu... not sure what the red thingy on the top is. On the far end you can see something other desserts. The one on the far left was bit sweet. You can't appreciate it but it has like little sweet bread on top which was very sweet. The rest was like a tiramisu with some chocolate / mocha at the bottom.
