Chocolate truffles

Today I'd like to share with you the recipe of chocolate truffles. Good luck.

Serves: 40 pieces

Ingredients for 40 truffles:

Dark chocolate 150 g
Milk chocolate 100 g
Fresh liquid cream 150 g
FOR COVERING:
Cocoa powder 20 g
Chopped pistachios 20 g
Desiccated coconut 20g
Grains of Hazelnut 20 g
Preparation:
- Use a knife to chop the chocolate and milk chocolate.
- Put on the heat a large saucepan with the cream.
- When the cream reaches a boil, remove from heat and pour the chocolate
4)And milk chocolate.
5)Stir with the whisk and until it is completely melted.
6)Continue to mix until mixture is creamy and without lumps.
7)Transfer the ganache that you have prepared in a bowl and let cool.
8;9)When the mixture is cool but not yet completely solid, stir vigorously with whisk ti obtain a lighter dough.
10)Picked up small portions of chocolate mixture (about 12-15 gr) and with the help of 2 Tablespoons formed a balls. 11)Gradually work them, arrange the truffles on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment paper you are going to put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes: you will obtain 40 truffles.
12)Spent the time required, place the chopped hazelnuts,pistachios, shredded coconut and cocoa powder in 4 bowls to make the cover.
13)Roll each tartufino in the bowl with the cover
14)They must stick homogeneously
15)Chocolate truffles is ready to be tasted.
