Greek Meze | Food of the Mediterranean

Hello Steemians,



For today's Food photography contest hosted by @juliank; I submit the special greek food meze.


The menu consisted of

  • Dolmades: Herb flavoured rice wrapped in wine leaves.
  • Kalamata Olives.
  • Tzatziki: The must have classic dip.
  • Greek bread: Light, fluffy, airy in the center and has an amazing crust.
  • Herb sauteed vegetables.
  • Fesh green salad: Salad with olive oil and lemon dressing.
  • Spicy octopus: Canned but excellent produce straight from Greece.
  • Feta cheese sprinkled with oregano and olive oil
  • Tsipouro: An amazing alcohol straight from Greek vineyards.
