Acrobatic Yoga, a partnership of acrobatics, Thai massage and Yoga; is basically a study of the concept of trust and sense of unity. Acrobatic Yoga allows you to trust in your own body and in your co-operation, and to realize how fun it is to do movements you think you will never succeed.
Typical derste students learn "basing", "flying" and most importantly, "spotting". By taking part in these three roles, you can literally learn to embrace trust, relate to balance, and release the acrobats within you.
