I predict this may get mixed reviews. But for me art is meant to push boundaries and be fun. On one level its just a visual joke combined with a pun.. but if you think about it there's a lot of deeper symbolism about "flesh and blood" and giving life... but i don't take my work too seriously anyway . Read it how you will... He's spanking the monkey , flogging the dolphin. Choking the pope... You get the picture .
