Most people start out very slowly, building a following. It took quite a while before I started earning a somewhat consistent amount of STEEM.

If you are interested in earning right way, then you want to make sure you use 50/50 when you post. The SBD you earn is directly transferable. I use #blocktrades to convert SBD to a coin I can transfer on an exchange into fiat or another cryptocurrency. SteemIt and STEEM has been a gateway for me to learn about other cryptocurrencies.

I am retired and use SteemIt to earn a supplemental income.
