For those of you lovers of Japanese food will not be foreign to the terms yakiniku and teriyaki, because these two processed roasted meat much preferred by the people of Indonesia itself. But for people who still lay about culinary japan, you should find out what the difference yakiniku with teriyaki follows.

Yakiniku

Yakiniku is a typical Japanese food made from meat roasted or baked on embers. But in everyday language, my belief is also commonly used for a variety of beef dishes, offal baked goods, such as beefsteak, roasted lamb, barbecue, and other types.

In the restaurant sure me, then we can choose for ourselves which raw meat will be processed, then after the meat is finished baked then the meat is large enough size is usually directly cut with scissors. To cut the meat is usually done by the waiter in front of visitors.

teriyaki
Understanding teriyaki is authentic Japanese food that is processed by cooking heated or baked and coated with soy sauce and flavored sugars. At the time of making teriyaki, then the material that will be baked dipped and smeared first use teriyaki sauce several times until cooked.
