digitalis - macro photography tips part 2

Yesterday, i forgot to charge my flash batteries. and posted about the importance of a good lighting in shooting macro.

Today with a fully charge batteries, i went out to shot in the same area. here's what i clicked!
I will post the EXIF. am not sure if it will show auto iso is set. bec. it's cloudy. i set AUTO ISO. but its best to set it ISO 100.

One problem using flash is that it will affects the colors. so try to find the right EV. sometimes i do +1/3 or +1. specially if i set f/18 to f/22. anyways with practice. we will all know how to set the ISO, Apeture and Shutter speed. to get the best exposure. and in a way gets a detail shot. lens quality and type also helps .

I prefer not to flash and I've never used flash with macro photography.

i tried to shot macro without flash and sadly photo not came out good. could me due to subject moving or camera movement. I do know no flash would give a better color.

thanks my friend. i google that small bee. it seem to be similar to yellow jacket wasp. but this got me confuse bec. i read only bee will put pollens on the back legs. this one have them. anyways maybe some expert can enlighten us :)

Oh yea. Interesting. I was looking at the beauty of the photograph and did not notice the detail.
