Large ponds are equipped with these floating platforms so that people can move across the water and provide various types of feed to the fish cultivated in those ponds. This structure is mainly designed to float on water by creating air spaces. It is beautifully prepared using buckets and similar items tied with ropes onto bamboo so that it stays afloat on the water.

This allows food to be distributed across the entire pond, enabling the fish to receive food easily and evenly in all areas. That is the main purpose of constructing it in this manner.
Additionally, it is also used for fishing and collecting fish using nets.
