My Beautiful Day - Morning Walk in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor
I snapped a few shots with my new iPhone X yesterday morning as I walked through Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. It was a nice morning and there weren’t many people walking around. There aren’t too many cities that have the variety of interesting and colorful structures along a city waterfront. I think it is very photogenic. And without the crowds, it’s really a beautiful area for a morning walk.
You have a great eye man. What's that old ship the city has preserved?
That’s the U.S.S. Constellation. She was built in 1854 and sailed for about a hundred years before she was retired. It’s a great tour.
Wow, those are some great shots. Love the colouring and the reflections.
Thanks. Early morning light was just about perfect.
Sure is such a beautiful area with wonderful skylines and buildings there
Thanks.
YOur welcome
It really is, isn't it? I especially love down by the Aquarium with the big red USS Constitution out front.
Love your editing on these.
Thanks. The Constellation is the green sailing ship in second picture. The Chesapeake is the retired coast guard ship in the center of the first picture. Both give tours and I think they still offer overnight stays on the Chesapeake for schoolchildren and scouting groups.
True! I forgot the name of it. Plus, I can read it from here! Pfft!
Baltimore is only a visit away from DC and I do love going there, especially the waterfront. Big city with a nice small town feel.
Thanks for the info.
We are lucky to have so many interesting landmarks and museums in our area. We just have to find the time to visit them all!
That's a fact!
That phone takes pretty clear photos! Great shots!
Yes, definitely an upgrade over my old iPhone 6.
Your new iPhone X's takes super sharp photos @dabeckster and the reflections in the water are my favorite parts! Merry Christmas early!!! 🎄
Thanks @ninahaskin! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
