Old Growth Redwood Trees in Stout Grove - Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park PT.2 - [8 Images w/ Captions]

I can feel the wisdom of these ancient trees encompassing me as I walk through Stout Grove. This is part two of my Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park adventure. In Part 1, I showed off the Smith River, which is the last free flowing river in California. This part will be mainly focused on Stout Grove, but a few of the pictures are of random Redwoods that caught my eye in other sections of the park.

I grew up in an area that was entirely clear cut within the last couple hundred years, so seeing trees this old is truly special to me. The consciousnesses that emanates from these ancient trees is powerful.

You can really grasp the enormity of these trees now that you have a person for scale.

The earth is such a beautiful place.

Indeed it is. I can't wait to travel more to see the different nature all around this planet.

Grateful for the opportunity to experience this silly, sacred human existence with you.
