Bei meinem letzten Berlin-Besuch sah ich neben einem Restaurant im Südwesten der Großstadt die oben abgebildete Skulptur.
Informationen zum Künstler und mehr zur Bildaussage liegen mir nicht vor.

During my last visit to Berlin I saw the sculpture shown above next to a restaurant in the southwest of the city.
I don't have any information about the artist and more about the message of the picture.
