Looks like Lantana. Here where I live (South Africa) they are monstrously invasive and a big problem. But still very pretty. :-)

it may well be is took this in malta on holiday , i was struck by the delicate nature and strong colour , in england we are a bit deprived of exotic flowers , i love the hotter countries and will move one day
