This is my first steemit post. Excited to share my musical explorations! I live in Los Angeles but travel around the world to record music for a variety of different projects.

The Ship Studios (Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, CA)

I recently recorded at The Ship Studios in Los Angeles, California a brand new EP (extended play) with my band. We used a a variety of guitars and analog synths including the Roland Juno 60. The Roland has become our go to for some amazing and out-of-this-world sounds.

The Roland Juno 60 is a 61 key polyphonic synthesizer created in 1982. If you're looking to recreate some of those 80's textures or some of the sounds you hear on a show like Stranger Things, it's something to definitely explore.

We spent 5 days recording 4 songs, soon to be released in 2018. The Ship Studios is located in a wonderful pocket on the east side of Los Angeles. Definitely a hidden gem.
