They look so delicious! The best desserts have apples or pears in them. This one reminded me of pears in wine, so yummy 😍 Beautiful photos! I've never tried them roasted, hopefully one day I will (:
I heard about pears poached in wine too, but I have never tried that, and ... chances are slim that I end up making them that way, usually just drink by itself haha.
