Frosty Mornings in Northern Alberta

Today I was in a nearby community attending some meetings.

I thought that the crisp winter scenery was refreshing during our quick morning break. I saw this beautiful tree and thought that I would take a moment to appreciate the natural art that winter often brings.

I often hear many complaints during the winter season but I personally find that we are better off to enjoy what we can in winter as in reality it is here for almost six months a year in this area and that is something that we simply cannot change.
