An Unexpected Visit
Today I came home to find quite a lovely surprise:
This little fella was waiting for us on the window, probably a little tired from trying to escape, and that's where I found him (luckily the cats didn't catch it before we got there).
I don't know much about butterflies, but I did hear that you're not supposed to catch them by the wings (not even lightly), because it can harm them. So instead I slowly approached and got my finger close to the butterfly, and to my great surprise, it simply climbed on me and stayed there.
I had to take a few photos before letting it loose and back into the world, and these are the results. It was a lovely and very surprising encounter!
