In our country, the jackfruit season is currently in full swing. The small jackfruits on the trees are gradually growing larger. Jackfruit cultivation is widespread in our country, and during the season, a significant number of jackfruits are produced. When the season arrives, ripe jackfruits are sold in markets, and people buy them to enjoy at home.
Jackfruit is a unique fruit—some say that consuming it once provides essential nutrients to the body for an entire year. It is a delicious fruit that many people eat for breakfast, often mixed with puffed rice or roasted chickpea flour (sattu). There are various ways to enjoy jackfruit, and as it ripens, it becomes soft, flavorful, and sweet.
When jackfruits ripen on the tree, they must be harvested carefully. If they fall to the ground while being picked, they can break open and get damaged. Proper handling ensures that the fruit remains intact and retains its quality.
