Breakfast - The first time of the day to enjoy!
Bread, jam, grapes, milk and a glass of water; a simple breakfast, nothing more or less... Almost everything you need to have a light and tasty breakfast is enclosed in that dish. Perhaps many people they feel stressed of work, school or many other things, but we should take a small time to relax, even if you don't eat nothing. Each country however has its own typical breakfast, but to be honest there is nothing better than having a nice breakfast that gives you enough energy to move on!
A friend of mine advised me if I could not wake up in the morning, to try coffee and redbull together, let's say that this time I step up my hand and I leave to you the choice!
True, breakfast is the mist important meal of the day!!
