Justice, this has been a very long discussion both by educated and lay people. Mostly, most people always demand the right to justice. But is comprehensive justice really possible? In my view, it is impossible.

Especially I want to discuss the relationship between crime, kindness and justice.

Crime and good will not be able to get the same share of justice.

Evil will not be regarded as a crime without leaning on at least two things: motives and witnesses.

In law, an action that causes adverse effects will not be considered a crime if there is no witness, and not by motive.

The witness is one of the evidences, while the motive determines the level of punishment.

In contrast to the good. A person who inadvertently does good, then has a good impact will be considered an act of kindness.

Goodness sometimes does not require a witness. If no one sees, the acknowledgment of the good performer will not diminish the value of good that has resulted from the offender's actions. Even if there is a witness, then it will strengthen the value of goodness based on the actor's confession (motive).

In terms of illustration of injustice is not it? Evil will be considered a crime if there are motives and witnesses. But not so with kindness.

Ah, maybe I'm ravishing.
