The secrets behind dreams.
The subconscious mind
Everything we don't express is stored in our subconsciousness.. It holds our structures and it holds our paths towards development.
It's like a wallet that stores crypto, the only difference is that it filters the segments that are deemed worthy in a very strange autonomous way. Most people not to say nearly all aren't aware of this, but it is so.
The only noticable outlet is our dreams that are somewhat coded and encrypted with numerous layers of emotional and mental expression, derived from the subconscious clusters we store on a daily basis.
We have been thought to value meaningless things and in time have forgotten to value the expansion of our consciousness and that is why most of the things that evolve our consciousness stay locked in our subconsciousness, due to our egos holding tight and not letting things out.
The only way someone can evolve mentally is through expression and experience, an example is, you think of something and let it slide, replacing it with something more acceptable that isn't related to the core emotion that was firstly felt.
The main issue is that by doing this you are locking the true emotional and mental expressions and replacing them with cheap stuff that won't make you look negative, stupid or unaccepted, therefore denying you from expressing your true feelings.
This is how we kill the child within us, due to the unavalibility of expression, restricted from the behavioral conditions placed by society.
Dreaming as an outlet
I presume you have noticed that sometimes you dream and sometimes you don't.
Well dreams are constructed from these aforementioned subconsciously locked segments, our consciousness releases them because they need an outlet to be released from. That outlet being dreams. They get structured in a dream and are expressed autonomously.
If this doesn't happen the segments are going to be stored and weight over time, sooner or later bursting and firering up, leading to a psychotic episode driven by self hatred and high amounts of paranoia and anxiety, the person wouldn't really know its self hate due to the fact that its expressing itself subconsciously.
The good news is that despite having forgotten how to express ourselves, we can read our dreams and evolve our consciousness by doing so.
The main issue with this is that often people don't accept some aspects of themselves due to a fake persona that has been gathered and created over the years as a defensive system so the person better fits in society.
The people that have this often can't stand staying alone due to the unacceptance of their true selves, as it comes up once the mind takes off the mask.
Conclusion
Follow your emotions and don't let the people brick them.. They are part of you and need to be expressed..
If someone doesn't accept them then they don't accept the real you and at the end of the day you need to change yourself to be loved and understood through the prism of others.
Will write an article on how to decode dreams later on in time.

There are some things far more valuable in life than physical comforting stuff.
You need to wake up a better man than you were yesterday.
Interesting to think about dreams in this way. A big part of tapping into that subconscious is just listening for it more. Seeking to understand brings us the most clarity. Thanks for writing this up!
No problem :) thanks for the feedback too.
And yeah you are right about that.
There is a specific art that is called the art of listening which is similar to what you mentioned.
Cheers and all the best :)
Great post brother! I used to have a friend in Hawaii that did dream analogy and I learned so much from him. He was a trippy dude but man he made a lot of sense. I couldn't agree more that you have to accept your own true self and not let others stifle your creative nature.
Peace,

I don't agree with hardly any of it. Our minds explore things in dreams. Sometimes we dream about traumatic things that have happened to us. Or we dream about people who are dead. Some dreams have symbolism that we ourselves create. If you have the same dream over and over again you need to think about what that dream is telling you, if anything.
I sometimes dream that I'm back to buying Marvel Comics again and I'm excited about that. I enjoyed reading and collecting comics back in the 1970s and early 1980s. I was still buying comics when I started dating my late first wife and for the first few months of our marriage. That's what I think the dream is really about. She died 25 years ago and I still miss her.
The emotional and subconscious clusters are the symbolic representations. That's what I was trying to say from a different perspective.
I've been studying dreams and have made great progress with my studies. There is way more than what I've written but it's not really for everyone to understand as words are no substitute for experience.
it is interesting to look at dreams this way - more often than not we see small fragments of information we've seen throughout that day within dreams. Some people think that this is simply just the brain sorting out memories within its subconscious. good job on the article
I agree that all feelings and negative experiences need to be expressed either through dreams or expression. Writing a journal, talking to friends/family, writing poetry/song, drawing a picture are all good ways to let it out. You once asked why I don't write on my blog. As I told you, I was stuck. The more stuck I was, the more stress I had. Well, today I posted my 2nd article called A Path to Becoming. In a way it was my way of recognizing my avoidance and dealing with my inner emotions. Once I pushed that post button, I felt a sense of uplifting emotions and happiness. It doesn't matter if I get voted or not, it was the process of moving forward that counts. I have also decided to start another set of posts that I will eventually get out. The subjects are uplifting for me so I feel freer to write. Thank-you for the thought provoking subject of dreams.
This post is in the top 10 of the all articles I've read here on Steemit so far. My analysis of dreams wasn't the same as yours before but, I'm pretty convinced. I pay very close attention to my dreams so my plethora of experiences with dreaming actually do seem to align well with that perspective. Thanks for the useful information!
