Focus - How to stay positive [Pt.#2]

You can't be positive if you hold on to negativity. I will try to explain how to use focus to your advantage.
What is focus?
Focus has a lot of definitions, the one I want to talk about is;
the state or quality of having or producing a clear visual definition.

Life as we know it
We all have ups and downs in our lives and that is a normal thing. We all experience the good times and the bad times. We all experience positivity and negativity. But what we choose to focus on is what will make us the person we will be tomorrow.
Let me give you an example with, in my opinion, the most powerful example of all, which I like to use when people lose
You have $86,400 in your account and someone stole $10 from you, would you be upset and throw all of the $86,390 away in hopes of getting back at the person that took your $10? Or move on and live? Right, move on and live. See, we have 86,400 seconds in every day so don't let someone's negative 10 seconds ruin the rest of the 86,390. Don't sweat the small stuff, life is bigger than that.
I do not know exactly who said this, as I have found many similar versions. If you do, please let me know. Thank you in advance
If you are a type of person to seek revenge all the time, it will not revenge anything. It will destroy you inside out. Trust me as I have seen a lot of people who I love, they get in such a circle of negativity and seeking revenge that they do not know what else to do. They just rinse and repeat. They forget WE HAVE ONE LIFE!
How much do you value your life? So little that you actually want to use your energy for hate and revenge, while you could've used it for loving people around you, growing yourself and helping them grow themselves?
Is your life worth nothing to you?
I am not talking about material price.
Money, some people have plenty, but time... We are all short on time.
If you are a type of person that only remembers the 1 bad thing someone did to you while ignoring the 100 times they did a good thing to you, I suggest from the very depth of my heart. Stop. Your focus is off.
We are not robots, we have only so much energy, we only have so much time.
There's close to none satisfaction in knowing karma got to someone who did bad to you, or the satisfaction of your revenge plan succeeding than when you see what you did for yourself and people you love.
We can choose who to love, who to hate, we can choose what to do and who we hang out with.
We can choose almost anything in life, as we have free will. Most importantly;
Choose what you will focus on
There is always good and bad. Throughout every day we have little things of both.
Do you believe that I don't remember 99% of bad people and things that happened to me?
I am not saying you should be like grass and let people walk over you. Of course, sometime in your life, you will have a moment of when you will need to react to the bad guys and bad things.
But don't waste your time and energy on people who don't care if they did bad to you or anyone, they are who they are, they also had a choice to make and they make it daily. The thing is they moved on with their lives, they don't even remember you or the thing they did to you, they are just toxic as their way of life.
And if you let that time be wasted... I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I don't have a time machine, and unless you do... You will never get it back.
Use your time wisely my brothers and sisters, nobody escaped death. (I am not here to discourage you, or to be negative, but it's the truth)
Focus on your family! Focus on friends who are there for you! Focus on the smile you got from your neighbors' child when they were on their way to school. Focus on your partners' love. Focus on the all the good little and big things lined up in a row that are there every day of our lives.
Samo pozitiva. :)

Am I the only one that instantly recognized 86,400 as the number of seconds in a day? Must be time to reclaim some of those...
