RE: People Are Fixated On Achieving Equality. Even If It Means Making Apples Act Like Oranges
People love comparing themselves to each other.
What probably started out as who has the bigger stick( interpret that anyway you want) has snowballed into every aspect of a persons being. On top of that the more our culture develops the more we realize that life's not fair.
The thing is people spend to much time thinking about others and not enough trying to figure out what to do themselves.
The people who keep going on about the lack of equality don't understand what some people do in order to not be equal. If someone puts in thousands of hours of work into something they are going to be better at that thing than somebody who hasn't.
Instead of questioning other peoples achievements, people to need to spend more time working on their own.
Oh yes, I can totally agree with that. We can only see the final product of all the people but we never see things they do behind the curtain and how much efforts they put it. Also, life is fair - we get what we deserve all the time. However, we just often don't want to agree that we get less than we desire, so we blame others.
