The guide to winning at life
In order for one to increase their survival value, one should ideally set goals with specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely limits (S.M.A.R.T), so that one is incentivised achieve rather than stagnate.
One should aim for optimal health by eating foods that nourish rather than deplete the body of nutrients; get adequate sleep and fill the ears only with useful information. Eat foods rich in Vitamins A, D3, E & K. Magnesium for stress & muscular twitches. Engage in exercise at least 1-2 days per week.
In order to avoid disappointment and emotional pain, one should never assume that others have their best interests in mind, and should take it as a bonus when trustworthy people are found and have earned one's respect.
Repetition is the mother of all skill. Learn all you can and apply it by putting the knowledge into action as it is then transformed into wisdom through its application.
Aim to spice up your life by introducing yourself sparingly to new stimuli and by meeting a variety of different people and purposefully putting yourself into new challenging environments and social situations.
Learn that sometimes the best action to take is to remove yourself from a toxic situation and rebalance the mind by surrounding yourself with familiarity.
Love, light and liberty and life.
Until next time...
