A Question of Motivation: Philosophical vs Historical
I'm switching my YouTube videos over here to D-Tube. A recent conversation with a friend of mine got me thinking... If having philosophical discussions is what motivates you, how are you going to process the historical reality that so many post-Enlightenment philosophers were being paid by groups such as the Freemasons to advance a nihilist, atheist agenda? What does it do for the discourse if thinkers such as Nietzche and Whitman were being employed to set the stage for later developments such as Thelema and the Frankfurt School, and to create a philosophical justification for the control of the media and academia by shadowy puppetmasters?
