Development is always connected with the complication of meaning. Development occurs when, looking back, we assess the existing position as more complex and thus more meaningful in relation to the positions of the present and the past.

If development is understood as a complication of meaning. We can stop predicting the future based on the senses of the present ... or worse - based on the meanings of the past.
