The Double-Slit Experiment, And The Implications Concerning This Reality

Anyone familiar with the double-slit experiment knows that observational energies somehow affect the functioning of matter converting particles from a super-position within a wave to breaking down to acting like what would be expected from a single particle being shot out of a cannon. The findings lead to the realization that we are somehow affecting matter by the simple act of observation. So, what are observational energies?

Below, is a video that will explain the concepts I am covering concerning the double-slit experiment. The actions I am focusing on are the observational energies which are created at the moment of observation.

How does conscious observation affect matter? Why are we the only conscious observers? These are all questions you have to ask yourself when attempting to make any conclusions based on the topic. Matter, in this case, seems to display consciousness itself. It reacts based on if anyone is watching it or not.

I conclude that everything in this universe is conscious and alive. I know this sounds crazy, but I have convinced myself that everything within this existence reacts to its surroundings in a conscious manner and this is demonstrated with the double-slit experiment. Every particle has its own electromagnetic field. Our brain creates an electromagnetic field. Biological processes enable the electromagnetic field to facilitate our conscious mind. The electromagnetic field gives us the sense of self. We react to our surroundings. Matter reacts to its surroundings as well.

I know my conclusion sounds crazy, but that is where I have found myself. Stuck, unable to prove or disprove this assertion. Stuck in my thoughts. If you would like to inject your interpretation of the experiment, please feel free to do so in the comments. I will respond and we can have a discussion...

I do have an alternative theory to explain the results. In my theory, there is no observational energy. There are, however, multiple alternate realities. Best of all, my theory is falsifiable with a very simple change to the usual double slit experiment setup. (That part is not so simple.) I'm doubting this is the best place to present my theory, though. Notably, one possible outcome of the experiment would provide evidence for the existence of alternate universes that interact with each other constantly even in ordinary everyday phenomena. If anyone reading this has the equipment needed to conduct a double slit experiment, let me know and I can suggest a slight variation on the experimental setup.

I am interested in making my own setup once I get settled in to my new house (in the process of moving). I am interested in your variation to prove multiple realities. I am a firm believer that we live in one iteration of the Multiverse and that all possible outcomes are realized on parallel planes of existence that do not interact with each other. Basically, overlapping dimensions. All probable outcomes are realized within this matrix. In one of these iterations of existence, each of us has achieved immortality. The real question resides with the connection we all have with these parallel "you's". Please, if you could, explain the variation to the experiment you have in mind. I will give it a try, assuming I have the correct equipment to make that possible. Thanks for the reply.

very cool

support my post I give you a vote

Much of what you stated is true - I think we are conscientiousness experiencing itself, 'we are one' comes to mind.

I concur. ;) Nice flower of life avatar by the way ;)

Yeah. I certainly think this is the case as well. We have an auric field which is our own personal magnetic field/TORUS electromagnetic energy field.

If anyone wants to look up the PRIMER FIELDS:

on youtube it pretty much goes along with this as well and shows how because one photon/electron has its magnetic field around ..but then a larger and weaker field further out AROUND that as well. So it is like a bubble within a bubble of fields.

So when shot through the slit. The electron/photon's own OUTER electromagnetic field interferes with the photon/electrons OWN regular closer electromagnetic field thus creating an interference pattern when even only one photon/electron is sent through one slit.

But that still does not explain the difference between an observer being there or not and then getting a different result because of that.

Well like I said and agreeing with [deep1111] here we have a field and our brain/mind has a field too/our consciousness and this it will affect ..ANYTHING, period in this life.

So that is quite striking considering how we live everyday life does not? It also makes one wonder philosophically about how we see and live life does it not. It would mean we affect our and others reality/s experience/s in life simply by our thoughts/mindsets. Positive or negative.

Heavy. right? heh.

;)

It is our observation that changes the outcome of the double slit experiment. Our consciousness affects matter. Matter doesn't think about what it does. No decisions are made by matter. It reacts in certain ways to different forces. And apparently, our conscious observations collapses wave functions.

So concluding from this that the universe is alive is somewhat tenuous.

Everything is electromagnetic field (energy). Just because energy in certain forms creates consciousness beings isn’t a proof of every energetic particle being conscious.

The electromagnetic field gives us the sense of self.

It is the information in very unique network that does this...it of course is part of the physical realm (energy), but it doesn’t mean that every energetic particle contains this unique set of interacting information.

Thank tou for this article. Many of my thoughts are clear. I agree with you. Every particle has it's own electric magnetic field.
