Thank yiu @thoughts-in-time for this article.i think i found a remedy to a broken relationship already from this writing..i guess as a leader i have been controling rather than influencing seeing that influencing is to gently present my thoughts to the other party to accept
Wow, I am honored that it inspired you in this
way @armstrongchris. I have found that sometimes
asking the right questions can have the effect of causing
people to comprehend where you are coming from in such
a way that it does not feel like it was forced upon them. I am
not a perfect person so I still practice trying to do these things.
