Living a meaningful & authentic life | Daily Inspiration #3
Hello fellow steemians!
This is a quote by Gautama Buddha, or simply as Buddha as many people know his name. This is a quite I think is very relevant in modern day since there are so many distractions that keep you off of your path. In the modern world with the internet and many instant services, it can be hard to manage staying focused on one thing and sticking with what is true to yourself.
I find this also relevant in my life as there are so many things that need to be done or have a direct impact on what you are able to do. Being authentic to yourself, family, surroundings is the goal to living a happy and enjoyable life.

First off realize that everyone has times when they get distracted or don't act according to their true intentions and self, so that is nothing to be ashamed of!
The biggest part is to realize that these mistakes don't define you but help you be shaped into the person you are today because they give you an opportunity to grow into who you are and be able to live how you are now.
This means accepting all your flaws, emotions, past, actions and current self to realize that this to move away from anxiety and guilt and cultivate joy, forgiveness and gratitude.
Another thing to mention is many people feel consciously or unconsciously ashamed to be themselves or show their true self, know this is just a fear and every person has a birthright to be here on this planet and be heard. It's a matter of finding the right people to share your thoughts and ideas with who are there for you and focusing on cultivating meaningful relationships with people to help with this.
as always, I hope to hear your thoughts on this or having anything to add. I hope this quote means as much for you as it did for me!
