SINAMPALOKANG MANOK #PAKGAING PINOY

This dish is called sinampolang manok and this is basically a stewed chicken with a sour taste on it. It is famous here in the Philippines and you can do this dish to pork meat also.

As you can see the ingredients use in it is Chicken Onion and garlic Cooking oil Tamarind leaves and fruit Water String and string beans. The tamarind is the main ingredient in this dish because it is the one capable of maniking the dish sour.
