It happens to me as well @sayee. There are lots of lizards in my room as well. All the possible routes for them are closed but they still grow fat. I don't know how they manage to find food and grow. They lay many eggs and their number grows. One good thing is, they hunt for mosquitos and other insects. So far they have not been a threat to me unless I find one in my bathroom. I have to look out for them to make sure I don't hurt them. That is the only concern for me. Other than that, they are really helpful. If you think the numbers are huge, then try to catch them and leave them in your backyard.
Pest control methods like having camphor in your room or phenolphthalin balls can help in chasing them away. Try one. I use lots of camphor in my room. It works for both Lizards as well as mosquitos. Helps in getting a good night sleep without the mosquito bite.
