Why not? Any particular error? Do you have 1 PMT in your account?
I'm already signed in, but it took like several tries, I don't know why - I had my 1 PMT but the page was not responding, I mean the pop-up window to complete the transaction wasn't showing. I'm glad that it is fine now :)
